Ember Kitchen was born from a simple belief: great food starts with great ingredients and an open flame. Our wood-fired kitchen sits at the heart of everything we do, from charred appetizers to slow-roasted mains.
Nestled in the vibrant Gastown district, we source locally whenever possible, partner with BC farms, and change our menu with the seasons. Every plate tells a story of craft, care, and a little bit of smoke.
